Proline badlands worth the money? The badlands ballon just as much I would get the duratrax x six pack like badland style tread They are belt will not ballon nearly as much The only down side is that they are only sold on eBay Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk. The badlands still ballon some but not nearly as easy and as much as stock tires. They are a nice upgrade. They do make the truck handle different and add weight but the pros out weigh the cons imo.

Has anybody here ever blown apart a badland with there bead lock system?

Buy a new set of stock tires and rims. They are lighter and better all around.

Proline Badlands vs Trenchers So this is not a question post, but more of a review on these two.

I've had a set of Badlands on the rear of my Slash for over a month and a half, and after some hard use including some dumb, hard surface and tire spinning moments they were wore out.

They were awesome on the rear for running in short grass, dirt and whatever else I threw it in. Wheelies for DAYS! I got a set for the front as well and man It turns so quick that I had to adjust my driving style drastically to accommodate the added traction up front. Fast forward to now the Badlands on the rear are all but wore out.

On a random trip to the local Hobbytown I saw they had a set of Trenchers. I've heard some great things about these tires for the conditions I run in, so I figured I'd give them a shot.

So now the Slash has Badlands on the front and Trenchers on the rear. I ran it a while like this and then swapped them around putting the Trenchers on the front and the Badlands on the rear. So I'll break it down into two groups. When going from a dead stop to wide open, it would spin a good bit in the short grass.

Rooster tails would be flying up behind it. There was little to no difference in speed between having the Badlands on the rear and now the Trenchers, but I feel that I could get it to accelerate quicker with progressing the throttle with the Badlands rather than just going wide open and letting it spin its way to speed.

I also noticed that while cruising along and then going wide open it would spin. It's actually kind of fun to do because the rear kind of kicks sideways a bit and slides around. Those are the moments that with the Badlands on the rear it would have wheelied. In some areas of semi-packed dirt they would hook pretty well but still with a good amount of tire spin.

Accreditation standard guidelines for mtqi training program

Turning was still amazing with Badlands on the front. I feel totally in control or as close as I can be to in control. Quick little corrections can be made even under full power to keep the truck in line and away from crashing.

Acceleration is much faster. No more fun drifts and slides. These tires just really hook hard in this short grass and dirt. These tires absolutely outperform the Trenchers for speed and grip on the rear. With the Trenchers on the front, I was absolutely let down. I truly believe that the stock tires did just as good or bad a job at turning this thing in these conditions.

Under even light power, turns were long and wide. Under hard power, forget it. You can turn as sharp as you want and it will just keep going straight or with very minor turning. I was really disappointed and honestly not expecting this at all. Even in the dirt, these tires just kind of skipped along. So that's that. I've swapped the Trenchers back to the rear. They are a fun tire to throw some grass and dirt around with, do some power slides and they are still pretty fast. Also most reasonably priced.
